Four Week Customized Menu Plan

Service Description

A four week customized menu plan based on your likes/dislikes, food sensitivities, and cooking appliances. Please e-mail me a copy of your food sensitivities, likes/dislikes and cooking appliances in info@thewellnessequation.ca or we can discuss in an appointment. Please make sure this this is through, as your menu plan will be based off of it. If paying by e-transfer pay $ 226.00 to info@thewellnessequation.ca as 4% has been added to the total to cover credit card processing fees. Please let me know if you need an additional receipt for benefits and I will happy to provide one. Due to the nature of our product all sales are final. Nutrition packages expire one year from date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel before that time will result in billing for that appointment. There will be no charge for appointments cancelled prior to the 24 hours. All payments are non-refundable (Unless The Wellness Equation Cancels), but can be transferred to other services within The Wellness Equation – A Division of 1954080 Ontario Inc. Our food workshops require 48 hours notice for cancellation as we have already purchased our supplies for the workshop based on numbers. If you cancel the workshop prior to the 48 hours you can transfer the credit to another service. If it is cancelled within the 48-hour period prior to the workshop the fee will be non-refundable/non-transferable as supplies have already been purchased.
