Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Grain Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free



Serves 2 Ingredients:


Smoothie:

3 Large Organic Bananas (Frozen) ½ Cup Frozen Blueberries Juice of 1 Lemon 6 Tbsp. Organic Almond Butter 1 Cup Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk (more as needed to desired thickness) 1/8 Cup Chia Seeds 4 Organic Medjool Dates (Pitted) 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

*** Try adding Juice Plus Vanilla Protein Powder for some added protein and to make it stay with you longer. This is great added flavour, protein, extra fruits and vegetables and fiber. Suggested Toppings:

Fresh Berries Toasted Shaved Coconut Sliced Banana Toasted Nuts Granola

Directions:


Blend all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender, pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
